Craft & Nature Refund Policy

This website is operated by Craft & Nature. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Craft & Nature. Craft & Nature offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

We are unable to accept returns unless the product you purchased is defective, because our bases are used to make consumer products and the bases must be validated to be unadulterated. Send an email to support@craftandnature.com with the order number, product information, and the defect if you receive a defective product.

Products cannot be returned to us unless we give our express written agreement and assign a return authorization number (acting in our sole and absolute discretion). Unauthorized returns that don't have a return authorization number will be sent back to the buyer at the expense of the buyer. Return shipments must be sent at the buyer's expense, prepaid, and insured. Products being returned must be in their original, sealed containers. To qualify for credit, all returned goods must be in sellable condition. Upon arrival at the Seller's facility, all returns are subject to examination before being accepted and credit afterward. The customer is not permitted to return customised, out-of-stock, non-catalog items from the seller's inventory, nor may they be outdated or altered.

All returns are subject to a minimum handling and inspection fee of 35%, with the freight cost of the initial shipment deducted, unless the products are ones we deem to be defective in craftsmanship or materials. All items approved for return must be shipped pre-paid to the address we specify.
